Fees/Payment/ Insurance
The session fee for a standard 50 minute individual session or couples therapy is $175.00. I accept checks, cash, and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of your scheduled session.
I am an out -of-network provider and can provide you with a receipt that you can use to file with your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you plan on seeking insurance reimbursement, I recommend that you contact your insurance company to determine what your out-of-network benefits are and what you can expect to pay out of pocket for my services.
The first session is a 50 minute diagnostic interview which consists of determining your goals for therapy, discussing your concerns and establishing a plan for working towards the desired outcomes. In preparation for your first session, please review the practice policies and related documents found in the client portal that will be emailed to you when your appointment has been scheduled.
In-person or online sessions:
Sessions can be scheduled for in-person at the office and online sessions can be scheduled for Texas residents.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. The scheduled session is time reserved for you. There is no fee for rescheduling or canceling an appointment with at least 24 hours advanced notice. The session fee is due if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice unless otherwise negotiated. You are financially responsible for the session fee if you do not attend a scheduled appointment.
