    Evidence-based

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices. My training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) means we can always adapt to your unique needs and situation.

Sessions can take place at my comfortable office in Adriatica, McKinney. For your convenience, I also offer secure Telehealth sessions via a HIPAA-compliant platform. As I am licensed in Texas, I can work with individuals and couples who reside anywhere within the state.
