FEEs & Billing
I am an out-of-network provider, which allows me to offer specialized, individualized care tailored to your unique needs without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies. The fee for a standard 50-minute session is $200.
Payment for sessions is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, credit card, HSA/FSA cards, or check. Clients are provided with access to a secure client portal where they can conveniently access billing documents, often called superbills. These superbills can be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about your specific out-of-network benefits for mental health services.
Scheduling Your Session
You can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation or book a therapy appointment by calling my office, using the “Book Now” button, or by filling out the Contact form on this site. There is no paperwork required for the free phone consultation.
Once a therapy session is reserved, you will receive an email with a link to my secure client portal. Here you will find the necessary intake forms, which need to be completed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled therapy session.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.
